Here's a new recipe for you to try. I made this the other day and I thought you would like it. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Spinach
Basil
Garlic
Cherry tomatoes
Quinoa
Rigatoni
Olive oil
Season to your liking (I used onion flakes because I didn't have fresh onions, pepper, a little bit of sea salt and parmesan cheese as a treat for me). I would normally add mushrooms but I ran out. 😔😊
For my meat and fish lovers this dish will be great with some Salmon, shrimp or chicken added in.
