One pan chicken dinner


Here's a simple meal that you can cook together in one pan.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts

  • Fresh chopped kale

  • Fresh Onion

  • Zucchini

  • Fresh tomatoes

NOTE: Use any type of vegetable and seasoning that you desire. Get creative.)


Preparation & Cooking:

  • After cleaning and lightly seasoning your chicken breast, place it in a large pan along with your chopped vegetables. Season the complete dish as desired and cook under a medium to low flame until your chicken is done.

  • Cooking time: about 15-Minutes


You can eat this dish as is, or serve it with rice or pasta.


Remember keep it simple, and get creative!
