Here's a simple meal that you can cook together in one pan.
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts
Fresh chopped kale
Fresh Onion
Zucchini
Fresh tomatoes
NOTE: Use any type of vegetable and seasoning that you desire. Get creative.)
Preparation & Cooking:
After cleaning and lightly seasoning your chicken breast, place it in a large pan along with your chopped vegetables. Season the complete dish as desired and cook under a medium to low flame until your chicken is done.
Cooking time: about 15-Minutes
You can eat this dish as is, or serve it with rice or pasta.
