Our bodies are wonderfully made by God, and one of the best ways we can honor Him is by caring for our health. The food we eat has a direct impact on our immune system, energy, and overall well-being. In Genesis 1:29, God reminds us: “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.”

Final Encouragement
Every meal is an opportunity to invite God into your daily routine. Begin with prayer, give thanks for His provision, and ask Him to use the food before you to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. By choosing foods that nourish and heal, you are not only protecting your health—you are glorifying God with the temple He entrusted to you.
